Job summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build trusted relationships with customers and ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes using our products and services.
This is a strategic role focused on driving adoption, retention, and long-term account growth. The CSM will manage a diverse book of business that includes both enterprise customers and smaller organizations,
and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives as well as day-to-day operators.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers through proactive engagement.
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer's business goals.
