The Coordinator, Store Communications, contributes to the timely and effective communication of day-to-day priorities to stores and acts as the voice of stores by being the first point of contact for questions, sending out daily communications and maintaining distribution lists.

This is a 14 month contract based out of our Mississauga office and this is a hybrid role.


Here's where you'll be focusing:

Vet and distribute store communications, ensuring content provided by Business Units to stores is clear, concise, specific, and store-ready to execute;
Prepare and send daily News Express communications;
Prepare targeted communication for sensitive or project related store communications;
Support the management of the Retail SharePoint sites: post daily and weekly communication, maintain and update content and site structure, oversee site administration and content maintenance;
Provide guidance and recommendations to backstage employees on how to effectively communicate with store operations using our standard channels and provide training to new employees on Store Communications processes and tools as needed;
Maintain templates and tools leveraged for daily communication to stores (e.g. memo, submission form, SharePoint etc.)


What you have to offer:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience in communications with retail and/or store operations experience.
An undergraduate degree or higher.
Strong English written and verbal communications skills are required.
Ability to deliver quality documents with attention to detail.
Strong Organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced and growing environment successfully and positively.
