    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product data integrity, developing insightful dashboards and visualizations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing support for merchandising systems. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions for reference and future use.
  • Support software implementations and enhancements to ensure smooth transition and adoption. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Support the product data team by acting as the liaison with IT to improve data exchange between applications, enhancing accuracy, and ensuring configuration parameters align with best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine criteria and eligible data sets for product data purging initiatives.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to conduct regular product data integrity assessments and provide analysis in an insightful manner.
  • Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with information technology and systems analysis, in complex business environments where multiple systems interact.
  • Experience implementing and working with merchandising computer applications is considered an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in standard end-user computing tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet is an asset.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies an asset.

  • Critical and logical thinker, capable of identifying the root cause of problems, considering alternatives from a variety of perspectives, and assessing the best resolution in the given situation.
  • Able to evaluate process changes and document business requirements clearly and concisely for IT developers.
  • Proven highly developed analytical skills facilitating problem-solving.
