Required Hours at our Richmond Hill Office:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5pm
Job responsibilities:
- Process payroll for full time staff
- Manage ROE, T4, RL1, and other payroll taxrelated forms
- Facilitate employee benefits and WSIB administration
- Handle employee records and files
- Verify and update timecards
- Collector and company's licensing administration, renewal, and cancellation
- Assist with yearend external audit
- Other tasks, as required
Required:
- Excellent knowledge of ADP 5 years +
- CPA (certified payroll administrator)
- Benefits Administration 5+ years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
