- Sort, distribute, and process mail into appropriate categories
- Provide customers with relevant information and necessary forms
- Address and resolve delivery and service challenges promptly and effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in business administration
- Previous training and experience in interacting with the public in a retail or service setting, including handling sales and cash transactions
- Proficiency in general or post office accounting systems
- Physically capable of lifting mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs, moving boxes, sorting mail, and standing for extended periods
