What you'll do

As an Account Coordinator in Account Management, you'll have the chance to:- Complete IO creations and all associated administration tasks required for assigned accounts.
- Prepare account servicerelated documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes, etc
- Support Sales/AM teams in the creation of campaign proposals
- Support the campaign activation teams by ensuring all relevant assets are gathered and campaigns run smoothly.
- Create and share campaign screenshots and assist in reporting mid and postcampaign.
- Consider client objectives, client challenges, verticalspecific insights & macro factors.
- Help Account Executives and Account Managers with Internal project management.
- Ensure the integrity of the G drive and that relevant documents are saved centrally.
- Maintain & update campaign tracker.
- Track missing PO numbers and invoice queries
- Maintain the integrity of financial reports within Vision.
What you'll bring
- Experience working in a team environment
- Customer service experience (preferable)
- Competeny with Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- A proactive mindset
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
