The Policy Analyst provides evidence-driven research and analysis, policy and process development, evaluation and monitoring to support informed decision-making on the NSPHA's policy priorities.

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Policy & Strategy, the Policy Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of corporate policy functions within the NSPHA, and with broad guidance, leads specialised and complete statistical research, policy and program analysis, resulting in the development of evaluation frameworks and policy and program options.
