About the Position

  • We are searching for a permanent _Manager, Delivery Services _to join our Delivery Services team in IT.
  • PBCs compensation offerings are grounded in a payforperformance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 $130,000 per year; the base pay offered is based on market and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact


The Manager, Delivery Services leads an Agile team using the SAFe methodology to help lead departmental workflow to meet key performance indicators.


This role works with the internal team to remove barriers and provide resources to work effectively while continuously looking for opportunities to maximize resources.


In this role, you would collaborate with the Director to develop tactical plans in alignment with the departmental and company strategy and objectives.

You would ensure effective cross-departmental planning, communication, and implementation of projects and processes to help meet KPI's.

In this role, you would compile, create, and deliver reports, briefings, presentations and recommendations to internal stakeholders.


You would learn about internal customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and the needs required to achieve KPI's.


This role leads iterative continuous delivery by collaborating with Products Owners, supports the Enterprise Architecture team in developing an architectural runway, and promotes and champions SAFe Agile practices and processes.


In this role you would manage the department budget, financial results, ensure resources are effectively utilized, and support leaders through the project management lifecycle.


Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

  • 3 years of experience in a leadership position within information technology; and
  • 4 years of experience in a Lean and Agile software delivery environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of product management and project management principles and practices within an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, and Lean and Agile software delivery.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a major in Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent field including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
