Position Introduction:

Kan Grow continues to develop a portfolio of technologies which both optimizes and sustains resource recovery programs internationally.


Role Accountabilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our agricultural supplement products to greenhouse operators, enduser growers, and agricultural distributors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive communication, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, presentations, and digital content tailored to each target market.
  • Provide product training and technical support to clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to maximize product efficacy and yield.
  • Foster collaboration and synergy across crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive cohesive business initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress against targets and inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product expansion or differentiation.
  • Identify and target potential customers within each segment, leveraging market research and industry insights to tailor sales strategies effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor of science in Agriculture, Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Pre-Employment Requirements:


  • Drug and alcohol screening, Criminal record check
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
  • As a condition of employment, you must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test. Some substances that may be utilized as treatments or consumed directly or indirectly recreationally may be flagged.
