The UBC Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, is an active, interdisciplinary, and collaborative department that counts over 45 academic Faculty and 300 clinical Faculty, distributed across multiple sites within the province.

The Department hosts an undergraduate program, the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLSc) Program with up to 48 students, a Graduate Program typically counting 65-75 students, as well as a Residency Program with up to 40 residents.
