Job summary
Under the general direction of the Surveillance Manager or designate, this position is responsible for daily on-going monitoring and observation of Casino operations while ensuring the security and integrity of Casino assets staff and guests.As a Dual Surveillance Supervisor you will pay attention to detail and show sound observation skills that are critical when conducting reviews writing and completing reports logs that could be used for evidence in legal matters.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervising managing delegating Surveillance Operators daily tasks duties maintain awareness all gaming operations at all times.
- Communicates effectively interacts internal external customers delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must reliable diligent maintaining high level integrity safeguard confidential information preventing improper disclosure use investigate report document irregular unusual suspicious illegal activities maintains verifies logs enter information trackers timesheets prepares verifies departmental reports monitors documents reports violations unauthorized access large cash cash equivalent transactions trespassed self-excluded guests not limited stores records securely evidence purposes monitors reports conditions Surveillance facilities equipment performs preventative maintenance equipment required provides training coaching new team members assists management team projects needed ensures health safety directives followed statutory regulations Knowledge Table Games requirement ability work shifts includes evenings weekends holidays knowledge gaming industry considered asset Secondary School diploma graduates post-secondary education Law Security Criminology minimum years years Supervisory experience strong leadership analytical observational organizational interpersonal skills exceptional verbal written communication proactive solution-oriented problem-solving conflict resolutions skills Knowledge computer applications MS Word Excel Access PowerPoint ability exceed expectations timely effective service oriented communication ability obtain registration category Gaming Assistant license Alcohol Gaming Commission Ontario
