The Opportunity:

We are looking for a full time Personal Lines CSR who is eager to join a growing team.


The incumbent will contribute to the Personal Lines division and work closely with a team to provide exceptional service while meeting sales targets.


A Day in the Life:


  • Maintaining accurate records of new business transactions, accounts receivable, suspense's, and retained business.
  • Servicing an book of personal lines clients.
  • Problemsolving regarding different coverages, rating, claims, and competition.
  • Assisting with marketing of accounts.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external vendors.
  • Providing client support throughout the claims process.
  • Building relationships with clients and recommending the appropriate coverage to suit their individual needs.
  • Maintaining a client portfolio which includes computer filing and company software.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Independent and selfmotivated.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong data entry and typing proficiency.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency using a BMS.

Education & Experience:


  • Minimum three years' insurance experience.
  • RIBO license is required.
  • CIP, CRM, or another insurance designation is considered an asset.
