Position Overview

The consultantwill lead GA4 implementation and configuration, ensuring accurate datatracking, reporting, and insights to support business objectives. This rolerequires close collaboration with product, UX/UI, IT, and development teams, aswell as training and communication with non‑technical stakeholders. Thisposition is onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding lunchbreaks), at the identified OPS office location.

GA4 Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the implementation and configuration of GA4,ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Define custom events, user properties, anddimensions to capture relevant user interactions.
• Experience in implementing GA4 properties,including setting up data streams, configuring tagging frameworks, andlinking to other Google tools (e.g., BigQuery, Google Tag Manager).
• Proven experience migrating from UniversalAnalytics to GA4, including retaining historical data and ensuringreporting continuity.
• Ability to identify web analytics gaps in currentServiceOntario applications.
• Fast experience in reviewing and analyzing currentweb assets and web analytics reports.
• Proven experience in recommending best approach totrack and optimize the customer experience in the current that meetsbusiness needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensureaccurate data collection through tagging and debugging.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in GA4and tools like Looker Studio for stakeholders—reports tailored to specificbusiness needs, such as user journeys.
• Provide real‑time and scheduled reporting for keyperformance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience with integrating GA4 data into otherplatforms, such as Looker Studio and PowerBI for enhanced visualization.
• Create dashboards that enable program areas to self‑servetheir analytics data.
• MS Excel proficiency to analyze and visualize data(must have).

Analytics & Insights

• Analyze data from GA4 to uncover user behaviorpatterns, traffic sources, and conversion paths.
