The Customer Support Associate (CSA) is responsible for ensuring our customers including contract employees clients and local sales teams receive superior human resource payroll benefits support.
  • Ensuring front office customer service telephone reception desk.
  • Completing internal payroll managing timecard audit collection in PeopleSoft AHCS.
  • Selling Direct Deposit electronic deposit CashPay to all contractors clients managing DHL FEDEX use ensuring timely processing of Tax Credit Forms adequate levels administrative galley supplies P Card account management.
