What are we looking for?


Reporting to the Sales Account Coordinator the Merchandising Service Coordinator should be someone who understands how merchandising works within the retail industry.


What will you be doing?

  • Maintain daytoday communication with store reps and contractors.
  • Provide customer store support for planograms, replenishment, and merchandising inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing service directives to provide detailed merchandising communications for each season launch and planogram update.
  • Maintain a fixture inventory within the store and send spare fixture and/or fixture parts when required.
  • Maintain Store Standards as per the customer requirements.
  • Ensures the store reps prepare product displays that are consumer focused and "shoppable".
  • Execute the new store planogram setups, markdowns and returns ensuring milestone dates are met whilst monitoring the progress and the store reps.
  • Assemble packages for store reps on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare the store reps schedules.
  • Responsible to prepare and maintain the service budgets.
  • Reviews online field personnel reports weekly.
  • Utilizes online field data and Store sales reports to analyze store performance in collaboration with the Replenishment Team to determine store service cadence.
  • Supporting the Account Sales Coordinator on new store rollout and management walk throughs

What qualifications and skills do you need?


We are looking for someone with the following skills who is hands-on and can roll-up their sleeves to get the job done.


  • Post Secondary education in either Retail Management or equivalent experience is a definite asset.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize & complete projects and tasks accurately and on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands product inventory, product placement, expiry dates, promotion, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
