Responsibilities:


  • Liaise between the KEY Admissions team and Client Services team to ensure that the Company's admissions processes are followed.
  • Work closely with the Admissions Advisor, Writing Coordinator, and Client Service Manager, to ensure that all the deliverables are met.
  • Continuously identify, review and make recommendations to improve the admissions operation processes.
  • Actively participate in other company projects and tasks assigned.
  • Career Development: staff exceeding this position will have the opportunity to move into the Admissions Advisor role.

Your Qualifications

PLEASE NOTE:

Applicants must either be parents, graduates or former employees of North American or UK based private schools to be considered for this role.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably from a toptier Canadian or US university.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Canadian (and International) Independent Schools admissions process.
  • Previous student and/or work experience in a local private/independent school is considered an asset.

Your Skills

  • Proficiency in Office technologies, including MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and communication tools.
  • A quick learner with strong problemsolving skills and selfmotivation.
  • A strategic and objective thinker, who demonstrates a rational mindset.
  • A team player, who demonstrates professional standards of conduct when interacting with individuals in a business environment.
  • Adaptable to changing conditions and priorities, capable of balancing a multitude of related tasks
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity, exemplified by understanding various cultural groups.
  • An effective communicator that possesses strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in and passion for working with students.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
