Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Liaise between the KEY Admissions team and Client Services team to ensure that the Company's admissions processes are followed.
- Work closely with the Admissions Advisor, Writing Coordinator, and Client Service Manager, to ensure that all the deliverables are met.
- Continuously identify, review and make recommendations to improve the admissions operation processes.
- Actively participate in other company projects and tasks assigned.
- Career Development: staff exceeding this position will have the opportunity to move into the Admissions Advisor role.
Your Qualifications
PLEASE NOTE:
Applicants must either be parents, graduates or former employees of North American or UK based private schools to be considered for this role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably from a toptier Canadian or US university.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Canadian (and International) Independent Schools admissions process.
- Previous student and/or work experience in a local private/independent school is considered an asset.
Your Skills
- Proficiency in Office technologies, including MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and communication tools.
- A quick learner with strong problemsolving skills and selfmotivation.
- A strategic and objective thinker, who demonstrates a rational mindset.
- A team player, who demonstrates professional standards of conduct when interacting with individuals in a business environment.
- Adaptable to changing conditions and priorities, capable of balancing a multitude of related tasks
- Demonstrates cultural sensitivity, exemplified by understanding various cultural groups.
- An effective communicator that possesses strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in and passion for working with students.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
