This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, not an internal Talent Acquisition or HR position.Candidates without the following experience will not be considered:
Currently in a 360 role in agency
Currently specialising in the marketing niche
Currently responsible for new business development
Salt is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Toronto team focusing on the Marketing sector.
Your Mission (What you'll do)
Developing Client Partnerships:
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the marketing space.
Running a 360 Desk:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management.
Growing Your Specialism:
Become a trusted expert within the marketing market, advising clients and candidates alike.
Business Development:
Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Revenue Growth:
Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationships.
Who We're Looking For (The 360 Profile)
Agency Experience is Essential: 4–6+ years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment (not internal).
Specialist experience:
You have specialized in recruiting marketing professionals and have a strong network at your disposal
Client-Savvy:
You are currently responsible for bringing on new clients and building lasting partnerships with marketing leaders, CMOs, and digital analytics teams.
