Position Description:

The Assessor Relations Administrator is responsible and accountable for maintaining and administering the roster of assessors for Viewpoint. The Assessor Relations Administrator is directly accountable to the Assessor Relations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be a point of contact for assessors
  • Researching and screening potential new assessors, engaging in discussions regarding service terms negotiation and expectations regarding fees and availability
  • Ensuring adequate assessor availability has been added to the availability manager in accordance with forecasted needs
  • Releasing any unused pre booked dates back to the assessor within specified timelines
  • Maintaining current assessor profiles in the management system, including all regulatory document requirements
  • Maintaining current and accurate Assessment locations within assessor profiles and contact information
  • Ensuring annual and biannual attestation is completed in accordance with contract SLAs
  • Be involved in recruitment strategy planning
  • Be an active member of the National Roster Team
  • Conduct assessor training on the management system Assessor Portal
  • Assessor training in assessment and report requirements and protocol
  • Assistance on high level projects such as RFI and RFP etc...
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Fluent command of the English language, written and oral.
  • High level organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high stress environments along with the ability to multitask, time manage and prioritize on own initiative
  • Must possess the ability to manage change, delays or unexpected events appropriately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Internet etc. is necessary to carry out all job duties in a comprehensible and efficient manner. Must possess strong tendencies for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity and experience with insurance claims, legislative policies and medical terminology is an asset.
  • Relevant experience in IME work is an asset
  • 3 years' experience working in a Client Service or administrative position, ideally within the IME/health care environment
