    About the Opportunity:

    The Functional Consultant specializes in understanding and translating business requirements into actionable solutions within the data, analytics, and AI space. They work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, ensuring that technical solutions deliver meaningful business value. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    Common responsibilities and activities for our functional consultants include:

    • Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder interviews, use case development, and business process optimization.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, design user stories, and create solution blueprints.
    • Attend or lead client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate meetings, and maintain client relationships.
    • Coordinate with internal and client teams, track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure project governance.
    • Develop functional documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer activities required.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • 2-3+ years of business analysis experience
    • Experience in data and analytics projects
    • Strong background in process improvement
    • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools and BI platforms (ex. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
    • Experience in retail marketing or digital marketing is preferred
    • Experience with marketing technologies including Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Automation, Google Ad Manager, Google Marketing Platform is preferred
