    Accounts Receivable Specialist


    The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting the Sales Administration department with administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. This role involves working closely with the Financial Controller and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


    About the Role:

    • Sales Order Processing: Handle sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate processing and timely completion.

    The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing cash flow by processing payments, issuing credit notes as required, liaising with warehouse staff on inventory matters.

    Liaison work between departments ensures seamless collaboration among teams. The incumbent must possess excellent communication skills to answer phone calls effectively and provide customer service in line with company standards. Additionally,liaison duties extend beyond internal collaborations;it includes coordinating bank deposits within set timelines.  Key Responsibilities include: • Managing Cash Flow & Handling Payments,• Liaising with Warehouse Staff,• Credit Note Issuance & Collections.This person would also assist debt collection efforts efficiently
