Account Manager/Broker Support (Personal Lines Insurance) with experience in
Personal Lines insurance to join our diverse and inclusive team.


Main Duties:

• Assist brokers with the servicing/managing of their books of business and maintaining high levels of client retention
• Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
• Quote/write inbound new business
• Crosssell & upsell various lines of business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and proactive and effective communication
• Manage and process business (including risk assessment, quoting/marketing, reviewing coverage, processing policy changes/endorsements, handling renewals, premium collection, etc.) on a timely basis
• Handle customers' and insurers' inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Support clients in the claims process, etc.
• Other responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Superior work ethic with high level of integrity, professionalism, reliability and accountability
• High level of motivation, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask
• Strong customer service skills (sales skills would be an asset)
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability at building authentic client relationships
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Team player
• Minimum high school diploma
• General Insurance level 1 or level 2 license
• Minimum 2 year General Insurance experience in Personal Lines
• Experience in insurance companies' portals/quoting tools
• Experience in Commercial Lines insurance would be an asset
• Knowledge of Applied Rating Services and Applied Epic would be an asset

Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Experience:

General Insurance: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance license (required)
