We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our talented team of professionals. This is a permanent and full-time position, hours will be Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 4:30 pm. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Director of Marketing. We offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a competitive compensation and benefit package. Key Responsibilities:

Manages Workplace Law Education Series (WPLES). Coordinates all event logistics (virtual and in-person as needed). Liaises with speakers and attendees addressing inquiries. Analyzes metrics and reports findings.
Manages RG social media platforms by creating content, monitoring activity and engaging with target audience.
Manages RG website, updating and posting content as needed.
Designs RG Marketing content including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, and graphics.
Manages publishing content for Labour Notes by coordinating post submissions, Coordinates, advertising insertions, website posting and LinkedIn promotion.
Tracks and reports marketing data.
CRM subject matter expert.
Ad hoc marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in a Coordinator level marketing role (legal or professional services sector preferred)
Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency with CRM programs, WordPress, EventBrite, MyEmma
Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, spelling and ease of communication
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy in data management
Demonstrates meticulous care in ensuring marketing content alignment with RG Brand
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
