Job Description:

This role will have a direct reporting to the Director, Payroll & Benefits Operations.

As the Pension & Benefits Analyst you will manage end to end centralised HR operations and assist in the implementation and delivery of the HR programs and initiatives.

You will also support end-to end-process management, ensuring internal procedures are compliant to policies, and will play an integral role in delivering an optimal employee experience.


Key responsibilities:


  • Lead global pension and benefits administration including records management and accurate processing of employment records.
  • Provides effective and highquality responses to inquiries related to pension and benefits to ensure employee experience excellence.
  • Collaborate with and act as a liaison between employees and other global internal/external partners.
  • Update employee records with vendors.
  • Accountable to create and maintain procedural documentation including training materials, checklists, etc.
  • Participate in special projects/ systems implementations related to pension and benefits by defining requirements, preparing test plans, and documenting results.
  • Seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes, experience, and online content related to pension and benefits programs.
  • Support Global Talent Operations team to streamline and centralize transactional processes to facilitate operational effectiveness and digitized automation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to pension and benefits.
  • Coordinate and support basic reporting and data analytics including people metrics, demographics, statutory/regulatory and other adhoc reporting.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of HR experience in a similar role within HR or other relevant groups. A solid understanding of global HR operational and employee life cycle processes would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to maintain sensitive and highly confidential information.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, metrics and data validation.
  • Proficiency with Workday is considered an asset.
  • Ability to clearly define and articulate requirements, priorities, impacts, and solutions.
  • Ability to foster collaborative working relationships at all levels internally and with external partner.
  • Able to identify opportunities, take initiative and think through future implications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure and with timesensitive deadlines.
  • Exemplifies our Guiding Principles of partnership, integrity, and high performance.
  • Experience supporting pension and benefits related roles and global program experience is an asset.
