Membership & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Represent Royal Colwood as an ambassador for the club in our community, and our industry
• Timely and professional response to membership inquiries
• Showcase Royal Colwood Golf Club to prospective members
• Administer the onboarding of all new members while maintaining accurate records of the current membership
• Timely website maintenance and creativity
• Execute all Club Communication
• Create fresh Marketing programs to promote Royal Colwood Golf Club
• Administer the club's Marketing initiatives while maintaining a longterm Marketing plan
• Create effective sales and marketing materials to engage members, and prospective members
• Recommend advertising and promotional opportunities advantageous to the Club's future
• Work closely with all departments to support and promote Club activities
• Build professional relationships with our team members, our membership and our key partners
• Create memorable experiences for staff and members and guests

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $60,000 per year + both Monthly and Annual Bonuses/Incentives estimated at $10,000+ per year
• Three Weeks vacation
