Description

We're looking for an outgoing agent to join our expanding team You will oversee, consult with, and guide our clients through the entire home buying process.

From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience.

Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers.

Compensation:

80,000+

Responsibilities:

Participate in weekly team training
Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
Establish a prosperous and longterm Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other teamoriented agents
Effectively communicate with management and team members
Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month
Join the company's culture of synergy by participating in huddles, team meetings, and outings to build a sense of camaraderie with other agents
Networking

Qualifications:

Must have an Ontario Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining an Ontario Real Estate License
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Show good organizational and time management skills
