About the Job:
About You

To thrive in this role, you should have an inclusive/intersectional feminist analysis of violence against women and a powerful alignment with Atira's mission, vision, values, and philosophy.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, English, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in grant writing and proposal development, preferably in a nonprofit or research setting.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in budget development and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of program evaluation and impact assessment.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit sector and funding landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
