    About the role: As a 3C Gameplay Designer, you will report to the Game Design Director and work within the design team to deliver 3C features, tuning and balancing. You will use your understanding and passion for designing player-first experiences to add to the creative execution and success of the game.

    Your Responsibilities

  • Research and write design documents
  • Communicate the game's design to the team
  • Incorporate ideas and feedback from across the team and from testing to improve your features
  • Work with animation, art, audio, design, programming, and visual effects to develop your features
  • Give concise and helpful feedback to help improve all aspects of the game
  • Contribute to the development of tools and design processes to improve how we work
  • Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Game Designer
  • Design credits on at least one title where you were responsible for major parts of the 3C
  • Deep understanding of AAA 3C industry standards
  • Experience working hands-on with a game engine to implement your designs
  • A relentless focus on the player experience
