$20.00 per hour
Operating Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Energy Coaches / Customer Support Agents will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to encourage and provide support to individuals, businesses and residential alike to reduce energy use, save on utility costs, and improve environmental health, all through the various programs we run here at Summerhill.
You will also be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical-type tasks that will take place in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.
-Main Responsibilities:_
- Conduct scripted inbound calls and outbound calls to educate and engage customers on available energysaving upgrades.
- Act as a single point of contact for all firstlevel customer escalations
- Answer customer inquiries utilizing available information about the program
- Convey appropriate information and resolutions with all user communications channels
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries
- Build rapport with clients over the phone by answering customer inquiries while demonstrating a high degree of customer service orientation
Job Requirements:_
- Multilingual
- Fluent in English and one other language would be an asset
- Customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Experience in a highvolume call setting
- Postsecondary education or experience in the environmental sector.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong oral and verbal communication with customers regarding the program expectations in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team in a remote setting
- Results and detailoriented are required while prioritizing workload and managing multiple tasks.
- Superior interpersonal skills with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- A high degree of customer service orientation, demonstrating the ability to diffuse sensitive customer service issues
- Demonstrate a high tolerance for distractions and interruptions
- Demonstrate sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work remotely but must live in BC
