The Company
Dynamic Architectural Windows and Doors is in the high-end construction and renovation business for 30 years.

Our administrative offices are located in Abbotsford, where we also manufacture our custom wood, wood/clad, and metal windows and doors.

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Part-time hourly position as an HR Administrator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all day-to-day administration in our HR department, there are a variety of tasks that are expected to be performed for this role and can range from basic data entry, help employees with their work needs, answering benefit and financial questions to complex projects.

Our progressive growth-oriented company requires the following:

• Computer Skills
• Knowledge in MS software such as; "Word "Excel "PowerPoint
• Able to maintain composure in a fast paced, busy office environment
• Exceptional phone manners and able to deal with employees in a professional and confident manner while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Beneficial skills

• Training/certificate related to HR and or Accounting
• First Aid
• Second Language as a strong asset

To be considered for this position, you must have some Administration/office experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Dynamic Windows and doors offer a competitive wage including paid benefits and vacation.

Working hours are flexible and can range anywhere between 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, extra time may be required in certain instances.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
