    Tax Leader Position Overview:

    This position involves performing and guiding clients and internal teams in all aspects of employee rewards, focusing on the design and operation of incentive arrangements and executive remuneration for private and public companies. You will advise on tax and social security requirements, provide technical concurrence calculations, ensure compliance with applicable legislation, identify opportunities for savings, develop effective compensation plans, guide M&A remuneration planning projects, direct post-closing incentive plan designs, offer expertise to help clients best utilize technology to achieve efficiency gains or streamline processes to meet regulatory demands.
