    Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer, where in MS Dynamics CRM, Visual Studio, and web development to customize complex applications and drive innovation in our Sales, Marketing, and Service modules. Contribute to public sector projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and accessibility regulations. Join us in shaping the future of government IT solution.

    Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

    Must have:

  • Experience in development, programming, and analysis at Level 3 with MS Dynamics CRM 2013, 2016 Sales, Marketing, and service modules.
  • Customized complex applications on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform including Dynamics 365/ADX Portal, Dynamics O365 Online, Power Pages, and PowerApps.
  • Proficiency in programming and analysis at Level 3 with Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Web Development skills: HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax for updating Dynamics 365 Forms and Portal webpages.

    • Nice-To-Have:

  • Power BI proficiency.
  • Previous Public Sector experience is an asset.

    • Criteria:

  • Tools/Technologies: Experience as MS CRM Dynamics platform Architect. Configuration expertise: security roles, business units, teams, field security profiles. Designing solution flowcharts, modifying CRM extensions for interfacing with other systems. Facilitating decision-making processes and developing functional designs. Developing workflows, business processes, rules, dashboards, and reports. Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with SharePoint and web services.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio. Web development skills: HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax.
  • Database Technologies: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2016, Azure Dataverse, and SQL.
  • Reporting Technologies: Creating and modifying SQL reporting services reports. Experience in PowerBI utilization.
  • Approach/Methodology: Proficiency in structured methodologies for development, design, and implementation. Experience with compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, Familiarity with Government of Ontario – Information Technology Standards (GO ITS) 54 Standards.
  • Public Sector Experience: Experience working on Public Sector I&IT Projects.
