Manager Component Engineering and Change Management

What the job is all about:


Who you are:


  • Completed a 4year undergrad degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Management principles is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Strong level using Excel: Pivot tables and Macros a definite asset
  • An inquisitive and motivated selfstarter, who can work effectively in a team or as an individual contributor
  • An effective communicator, who can interact with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers
  • An individual contributor with a track record of independently leading small scope projects and supported medium level initiatives
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills commensurate with a junior level contributor
