Job Duties - 1. Teach, coach and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
- Participate in program, Campus, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, industry and professional or other stakeholder activities.

Specific Accountabilities
Duties
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
- 1. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or in a related field.
- Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant clinical/teaching experience in the area of medical-surgical nursing.
- Current TLR certificate (participant level).
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Effective instructional ability.
- Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
- Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity.**Desired QSA
