Position:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and track client accounts through multiple platforms
- Ensure all client communications are timely, accurate, and presented in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through marketing, sales, and customer service
- Assist with the development of strategic marketing plans that will help us grow our business
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Assist with office operations including but not limited to cleaning, inventory, payroll, etc.
- Participate in training sessions with new team members and office procedures as needed.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Client Manager or Account Manager in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries (preferred)
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with proficiency in Excel requiring advanced skills (e.g., Vlookup) required. (preferred)
