Position:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and track client accounts through multiple platforms
  • Ensure all client communications are timely, accurate, and presented in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Assist with the development of strategic marketing plans that will help us grow our business
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace
  • Assist with office operations including but not limited to cleaning, inventory, payroll, etc.
  • Participate in training sessions with new team members and office procedures as needed.

Skills:


  • Proven working experience as a Client Manager or Account Manager in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries (preferred)
  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with proficiency in Excel requiring advanced skills (e.g., Vlookup) required. (preferred)
