Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cell phones, primarily iPhones
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Keep track of inventory and order new parts when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide recommendations to customers regarding device care and maintenance

Requirements:

Experience in repairing cell phones, particularly iPhones
Knowledge of different types of cell phone models and operating systems
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
