General Manager 1 Position:
Requirement:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, at least 5 years or more comprehensive dining management experience in North America and five years of management experience as a restaurant general manager
Job duties:
Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff.
Organize, direct and control the operations of the restaurant, Recommend type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Recruit staff and oversee staff training, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.Salary:
$30 to $48/Hour

Sommelier 1 Position
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- l Advise on menu selections
- l Serve food and beverages
- l Perform sensory evaluation of wines
- l Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- l Describe and advise on wine selection
- l Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- l Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
- l Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- l Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
Additional Skills
- l Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- l WSET level three completed or CMS certification

Host 2 Position
Requirement:
Greet guests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner.
Responsible for running the host/hostess station, maintaining the floor map, distributing quests among server sections, taking reservations and phone orders, bussing and resetting tables, and monitoring table rotation.
Qualifications:
1 year experience as a host with excellent performance in a busy environment. Friendly and have a positive attitude.

Roast Duck Chef 4 Positions
Requirement:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
at least 5 years of work experience as Quanjude roast duck chef with Quanjude restaurant in China and very familiar with the original unique technique, recipe and skills of cooking Quanjude roast ducks.
Being able to complete the whole cooking process independently from the selection of material to cooking completion and roasted duck skin peeling presentation upon request.
Relevant cook trade certification is required.Personal Suitability:

Job duties:
Prepare and cook complete Quanjude Roast Duck meals and create decorative food displays for special events such as banquets, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling Quanjude Roast Duck.
Instruct other chefs and cooks' helpers in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food. Create new recipes, Supervise cooks' helpers and other kitchen staff. Plan menus.Salary:
$31.83 /hour Full Time Permanent (37.5hrs/week) with free 2-person shared room accommodation when needed.
