    Description

    Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Administrative Assistant (Professional Services) at our Administration Office located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

    Assist in the maintenance of corporate governance policies and procedures


    • Support the administration of the gift card fundraising program including tracking of donations, coordinating communications, and collaborating with participating groups
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and prepare sustainability reports
    • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events including meetings, conferences, and community engagement activities
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club program which includes coordinating Kids Club memberships, communications, and special events
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department and executive assistant
    • Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will work at strengthening relationships with delegates, directors, and the larger community through the corporate governance structure, policies, and programs to ensure a high level of satisfaction for members, customers, and team members.

    You are looking for a career in Administration and:


    • You have a Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or Management, or an Office Administration Certificate or a combination of relevant education and experience
    • You have 2-5 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant position
    • You must be able to balance multiple priorities with minimum direction producing high quality confidential work while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
