- Install and configure DSSTNi system software and hardware;
- Install and configure client system software within the DSSTNi cloud;
- Manage DSSTNi network appliances and servers;
- Manage client system virtual network appliances and servers;
- Setup user accounts and build and allocate required virtual machines;
- Monitor DSSTNi and client system performance;
- Perform routine maintenance of DSSTNi and client system;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and system outages;
- Backup and restore critical DSSTNi systems and data;
- Support testing of new system software releases for use within the DSSTNi cloud;
- Deploy new software releases for use within the DSSTNi cloud
- Secret Clearance
- Controlled Goods Certification
- 2 or more of the following certifications: A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, or, CompTIA Security+
- Administering Matlab or AGI STK software products in a networked or cloud environment
