We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist I to join our interdisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist I in this Inpatient Acute Care role, you will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and interventions to develop effective treatment plans;
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to contribute to safe discharge planning;
• Providing clinical direction to Therapy Assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes;
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Occupational Therapist I, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field;
• Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of employment;
• Experience working in acute care settings, preferably in an Inpatient Acute Care environment;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems;
