Reporting to the Partner in charge of the Banking and Finance Department and/or the Director of Paralegals, the candidates engaged in this position will provide administrative assistance to a dynamic team of lawyers, notaries and paralegals and play a key role in supporting high-level transactions.
Update time entries, manage agendas and planning of meetings/participation in events;Performs other general administrative responsibilities, such as scanning, printing and saving documents and emails, and archiving;Qualifications3 years of professional experience in administrationExperience in drafting letters and documentsExcellent oral and written communication skills in French and EnglishExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel, ability to learn new systems and web tools.
