***A Coolant Handler / General Labourer is responsible for the safe and efficient running of the CNC Machines, through the maintenance and monitoring of coolant levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

According to schedule: Remove coolant hoses, Blow lines free, Wipe down machines, Sweep and mop floor, Empty coolant collector pails, Clean up blow off bins, power wash mats and platforms
This is a physical job involving bending, twisting and lifting on a regular basis
Maintain coolant tanks on CNC machines to proper levels and cleanliness
Knowledge of procedures to ensure regular operation of CNC machines.
Record keeping
Report and cleanup all coolant spills.
