About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, understanding and determining customer needs, responding to customer inquiries, and achieving assigned goals and business objectives. You will also play a key role in promoting banking solutions, completing business processes, and delivering quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns using standard procedures.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where necessary.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
