Knowledge and Skills:


  • Microsoft Suite: MS Office, MS Teams etc.
  • Extensive knowledge in logistics and organization of trade shows and events
  • Ability to manage projects and multitasking.
  • Resourceful in working with other team members to achieve success.
  • Diploma or Degree in marketing/event management would be a definite asset.

Core Responsibilities & Duties_

  • Manage, promote, and execute on all inhouse and remote inperson Product Training Workshops and Special Events
    Hotel bookings, catering, printing, information packages, samples required, setup and tear down:
  • Work with Product, Digital, Sales, Technical, and Warehouse teams
  • Liaise with customer service and sample department for product/sample order fulfilment
  • Maintenance and organization of Training Center Facility with Warehouse Team support Ensuring facility is stocked with appropriate product samples, training modules, tools and equipment.

All promotional/swag/apparel items are securely stored away:


  • Work with Digital team to manage event landing pages on website
    Event registration functionality:
  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Nurturing campaigns to convert to event registrations
  • Create and execute on promotional campaigns to drive registrations through sales teams, at distributor level and through digital media platforms.
  • Manage, promote, and facilitate any live webinar opportunities Evaluate previous live webinar performance (registrations, attendance, time of day, content) and provide rework strategy for new goforward execution plan
    Create and execute on promotional campaigns to drive registrations:
  • Create webinar schedules and promotional back-schedules
  • Work with Technical and Product Marketing teams to revise or rework webinar content
  • Create/edit webinar content using Prezi Presentation software
  • Help facilitate live webinars with the Technical Sales team.

Training salespeople in using Zoom and Prezi software for presentations:


  • Manage event landing pages on website Event registration functionality
    Integration with Zoom/Salesforce:
  • Nurturing campaigns to convert to event registrations
  • Virtual Trade Show Management
    Record all customer and thirdparty show contracts:
  • Track budgets and schedules
  • Work with Product Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Digital teams
  • Coordinating show specials, featured products, banners, graphics and content
  • Work with Digital team to load all content to virtual CMS platforms as well as pre and post show promotions
  • In-Person Trade Show Management Record all show contracts and sponsorship opportunities
    Plan and execute on all logístical aspects of all trade shows Hotel bookings, badges, special events surrounding show, sample order and booth logistics, setup and tear down
  • Booth staging and creative placement prior to shipping, providing direction to sales teams for setting up booths and placement of product/samples
  • Work with 3rdparty warehousing/agencies for larger booth storage agreements and show executions
  • Work with Product Marketing, Sales and Warehouse teams Liaise with Customer Service and Sample Department for product/sample order fulfilment
    Create promotional campaigns alongside Product marketing and Digital teams for all pre and postshow announcements, trade media advertising and sponsorship activity:
  • Where applicable, assist in coordination of National Sales Meetings, corporate events, and provide support where needed to the staff of the Marketing Department
  • Create and/or receive purchase orders related to Sales & Marketing.
  • Manage and fulfill all apparel and promotional swag
  • Record and track all event expenses
  • Create design briefs and liaise with graphic designer to complete design tasks when needed
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations when required
  • Communicate with external clients as required
  • Any other duties as requested by managers

PAY:
$55,000 - $65,000 CAD


Pay:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
