Overview

Responsibilities include:


  • Perform teardown audits on outbound customer orders to measure order selection accuracy.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
  • Work with RSC management to identify reasons for selection errors
  • Develop methods to eliminate selection errors
  • Document and track selection errors and rectify all errors associated with assembled orders
  • Reconcile credits to audits while checking specified orders
  • Use inventory and production tools for accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
  • All other duties as required
  • Transfer best practices throughout the organization
  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining security of the warehouse.
  • Flexibility to cover other shifts as required.
  • Fill in for team leads including backshift when required
  • Coaching employees to meet required production standards

Qualifications:


  • Certified to operate mobile equipment (will provide training)
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Solid leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
  • Computer skills (i.e. excel).
  • Supervisory and/or management experience
