Description

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Provide administrative support to the office manager, project managers, foreman, and other management staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Organize files and post and file invoices.
  • Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed.
  • Ability to work within a team setting to complete projects.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience and knowledge with QuickBooks Software is an asset.
  • Must be flexible for a variety of duties in a growing company.

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
