Responsibilities:

Prepare above and below-ground structural surfaces (concrete or other masonry

sand, steam, and paint through spray hoses.

Install, repair, and replace waterproof sheet materials for roofing systems.
Utilize both hand and power tools to install and repair sheet metal flashings and roofs.
Operate various hand and power tools alongside other equipment and instruments.
Work closely with the Superintendent to understand blueprint details, organize

necessary materials, and ensure all tools function optimally.

Train and supervise junior team members and helpers. If inexperienced, a willingness

to follow directions from team leaders is expected.

Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safety culture within the job site.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and work at heights.
Comfort with working in varying weather conditions is essential.
The ability to lift and handle heavy objects is necessary.

Experience:

Previous experience as a Waterproofer is highly valued but optional.
Individuals without direct waterproofing experience but familiar with the construction industry are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with relevant tools and procedures is a must.
A strong understanding and commitment to safety guidelines are mandatory.
