    Steele Auto Group is seeking a Used Vehicle Coordinator to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

    Are you passionate about the Automotive Industry and skilled in driving retail operations? Join us at Steele Auto Group as our new Used Vehicle Coordinator based in our head office As a pivotal member of our team, you'll oversee the entire used car retail operation, from providing support and strategic direction to ensuring efficient purchasing practices. Your role will involve managing budgets, implementing best practices, and spearheading initiatives to boost revenue, enhance productivity, and optimize performance within our used vehicle retail department.

    Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

  • Lead vision and direction for Steele Auto Groups Used Retail Operation.
  • Optimize vehicle inventory and manage auctions.
  • Drive marketing strategies, develop new business approaches, and monitor departmental performance.
  • Facilitate vehicles transfers and oversee store performance.
  • Develop training programs, engage in meetings, and address issues collaboratively.
  • Monitor KPI's, financial performance, and industry trends.
  • Additional duties as required.
  • Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' of dealership experience in the used vehicle retail space.
  • 5+ years' management experience in a retail environment with proven leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Drivers license with clean drivers abstract (Updated annually).
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
