- Optimize vehicle inventory and manage auctions.
- Drive marketing strategies, develop new business approaches, and monitor departmental performance.
- Facilitate vehicles transfers and oversee store performance.
- Develop training programs, engage in meetings, and address issues collaboratively.
- Monitor KPI's, financial performance, and industry trends.
- Additional duties as required.
- 10+ years' of dealership experience in the used vehicle retail space.
- 5+ years' management experience in a retail environment with proven leadership abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Drivers license with clean drivers abstract (Updated annually).
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
