    Nurse Practitioner in Charge

    Mclean Hospital, a world leader in mental health care, is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to lead our multidisciplinary team. As Nurse Practitioner in Charge, you will oversee the clinical services of our adult patient unit and provide exceptional patient care.

    1. Leads the clinical team and provides direct patient care every business day.
    2. Documents all visits, completes treatment plans and discharge summaries on time.
    3. Participates in rounds and meetings to coordinate treatment planning.

    The ideal candidate has a Master's degree from an accredited graduate school with experience treating acute psychiatric illness. Board certification as a CNS or NP with prescriptive authority is required. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential for this role.
