• Join our team in Kelowna as the new General Manager at Sun Pointe Village Community

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a related health field degree
• Current registration with the BCCNM
• Minimum five years of Health Care Management experience
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations
• Licensed operator qualification

• Responsible for overall management of programs and activities
• Lead accreditation, strategic planning, and ensure compliance
• Provide leadership in resident care, team management, budgeting
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

• Reflect compassion, honesty, and respect
• Possess deep understanding and love for the elderly
• Demonstrate positive attitude and adaptability
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
• Drive for achievement and ability to influence positively

• Annual salary range: $115,000 to $135,000

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
