At Kidco Construction, we are building Calgary from the ground down.

We are looking for an experienced
Supervisor/Foreman for our
Underground Division to direct operations, lead site crews, and manage projects onsite.

Our field supervisors are consistently some of the industry's best and play an integral part in the overall success of the company.

If you think you can handle the responsibility, we want to hear from you

Has
7+ years experience in the subdivision/commercial/multi family site construction industry in a supervisor capacity
Can read site plans, shoot grade, plan, coordinate, train and prioritize work activities in the most efficient manner
Will liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers in an informal setting to review scope changes, force account items, and priority shifts
Remains levelheaded and calm when problems arise, is able to think on the fly and resolve problems quickly
Works closely with Project and Operations Managers to monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Champions safety initiatives and has working knowledge of OH&S legislation, the ability to enforce safety policy, can prepare and deliver toolbox meetings, and complete FLHAs
Has the proven ability to lead and motivate crews ensuring project success, through clear instructions, coaching, feedback and building a sense of community
Complete daily crew timesheets including equipment logs
Has a valid Class 5 license with a clean drivers abstract
